Story Pole Plans
A story pole plan identifies the pole locations, required heights and connecting roofline or building-outline markers. We prepare the plan from the project drawings and the reviewing authority’s published requirements, or review a plan supplied by the architect.

Story Pole Installation
Story pole installation places the poles, lines, flagging or netting shown on the accepted plan. Materials, visibility, photographs, access and removal timing are handled according to the written scope and the reviewing authority’s instructions.

Story Pole Certification
When certification is required, a licensed land surveyor inspects or verifies the installation. We can coordinate that visit and paperwork, or work with the project’s surveyor. The surveyor not the installer issues the certification.

Project Signs
Some cities, counties and review boards require an on-site project notice sign. We can prepare and place the sign using the content, size, material and display instructions provided for the project.
